Here are some reviews from users (mostly Veterinarians) who rely NetNote for their business communications:
"Great product, incredible support"
This product is wonderful - simple to use and has increased productivity in our
office to an amazing extent. Extremely easy to use for ANYONE - even dummies.
You will not believe the support and responsiveness - if only other software
companies were this good.

"Fantastic program that far exceeds expectation!"
NetNote is much more than just another sticky note program. It allows you to make
customized models to create preformatted notes. If you have a network, its
strengths really shine. The ability to send to individuals or groups of computers
and then delete copies of the notes on all computers except the one you respond
on is awesome. The programmer is dedicated to making the program meet the users
needs.

"Great networkable sticky notes; Unbelievable support!"
I downloaded this program on a recommendation several months ago. I liked it so
well, I registered it, but at the same time asked for enhancements. Within
days, I had my enhancements. Now the developer, Laurent, has integrated this
wonderful program with the world's best-selling vet program and has an optional
integrated caller-id function, as well. Top ratings to both the program and
the programmer!

"I would recommend this program for any office that need to send
messages over a network"
Great solution for custom applications We use netnote in our veterinary clinic.
While I would recommend this program for any office that need to send messages
over a network the company really shines if you are a veterinarian and use AVImark.
AlShare has been wonderful in supporting our operation and making their product
work with our other veterinary software.

"A great time-saving application for your network"
Netnote is a great message-sending application that allows you to send messages
to other users on your network. It is beautifully integrated with the leading
Veterinary software, making it ideal for users of AVImark veterinary software.
Note that the integration was completed at the request of veterinarians in
only a week or two.

"A great time-saving application for your network"
As managing doctor of a busy veterinary practice, I am always looking for
ways to help improve efficiency and productivity. Towards that end, we have
become a “paperless” practice and use our veterinary management software
to maintain all of our medical records, scheduling, inventory management etc “on
line”. A few years ago, I realized the inherent inefficiency of our staff
having to document information in the computer medical record when an owner calls
and then having to reproduce that information on a paper “phone note”.
I started looking for a “sticky note” like program that could help
us eliminate this double entry issue and streamline our inter-office communications.
I tried several programs that promised loads of features but invariably caused some
major problem on our 16 workstation network.
Finally I found NetNote and our prayers were answered. This inexpensive program
is a very robust utility. First, it is fully network compliant and plays nicely
with windows 2000, XP, ME, 98 and 2000 server. It is not a resource hog, and yet
is there when you need it. Unique to this program, is the ability to define note
templates (such has phone notes, low stock alert, general notes, meeting invitations
etc) which allow you to make notes consistent in appearance, and simple to fill
in (it has the ability to move to data entry fields with a single keystroke!).
Unlike many of these types of programs, Netnote allows you to fully format every
part of your notes from background and font colors, to font size and locations.
One of the best features is the ability to send a note to user defined
“groups” of computers so that you can target the areas where you are
most likely to intercept the note.
Many shareware programs have very limited support. However, Laurent Vetterhoeffer, the program’s offer has been very supportive, and particularly helpful in introducing new features to help meet our needs. The most recent version includes a feature that allows you to “delete all copies” of a note which is a godsend for our environment. We commonly send our notes out to many computers waiting for one of the doctors to see the note and then respond to it. Before this feature, other doctors might see the note on another computer and waste a lot of time trying to deal with it, only to find out that it had been done already. Now, whoever deals with the note first will “delete all the other copies” on the network eliminating the redundancy we were facing before.
Needless to say, we can’t even imagine running our hospital without this great program. I’am sure others will find it just as useful.
